About OCA AlignmentMold and How to Select a Mold.

We have 2 kind of moldfor iPhone screen refurbishing they are Aligning mold and Aligning & Laminating mold.

The aligning mold is only for aligning the front glass on the LCD screen you have to take it out from the mold after aligning finish

and then put the LCD screen in the laminator to do laminating.

The aligning and laminating mold has 2 functions you can put the whole mold in the laminator for both aligning and laminating.

The outstanding advantage of this 2 IN 1 mold is bubble free specially if you laminate the 4 IN 1 glass with this mold

you don't have to use an autoclave for bubble removing.

We are highly recommend you to take this 2 IN 1 mold (Aligning & Laminating) for easier operation and bubble free performance.

It took OCAMaster about 10 months to test this mold after the first prototype ready we did a lot of revising and upgrading to

achive theperfect accuracy (Specially when you check the white glass LCDthe black frame of the screen is very difficult to get even).
